The region
What makes Northwest Houston & US-290 its own market
The 290 corridor changes character roughly every ten miles. Close in, Bridgeland and Towne Lake are steady new construction. Behind them, the pre-2010 Cy-Fair stock is squarely in retrofit territory. Past the Grand Parkway, subdivisions give way to acreage, and the building that needs attention is often a shop or a barn.
We price those as separate businesses because they are. A builder set and a Cy-Fair attic retrofit have different economics, different scheduling and different documentation. Each deserves its own scope and its own price.
Out at Waller and Hempstead the work is mostly steel. Agricultural buildings, equipment storage and shops where the complaint is condensation dripping on what is stored underneath.

Northwest Houston & US-290 questions
Asked in this region
Yes. New construction is priced by the set from your plans; a retrofit is priced from what we find in your attic. They are genuinely different jobs and we quote them separately.
Almost always condensation off cold steel. The underside of the steel panel drops below dew point overnight and water forms on it. Closed-cell applied directly to the panel removes the cold surface and the dripping stops.
Yes. Waller County is inside our normal working area, and travel is already inside the one price on the written scope.
The visit is free. Someone comes out, looks at the building and gives you a written scope and a price, and the decision stays yours.
Texas leaves insulation contracting outside its statewide licensing system, so insurance is the document that actually tells you something. Ask us for our current certificate of insurance and we will send it.
