Beyond Greater Houston

Extended Project Markets

Brenham, Sealy, Huntsville, New Waverly and College Station. Beyond the eight-county metro, and we say so plainly.

Ask about scheduling. Travel is priced into the written scope.

How these differ

Project work, arranged in advance

These five markets sit outside the eight-county Houston–Galveston area. We work in all of them, on different terms from the metro: they are taken as projects, scheduling is arranged in advance, and travel appears as a line on the scope.

What that means in practice is that a single attic in Huntsville is a different conversation from the same job in Spring, and a barndominium on acreage outside Brenham is often an easier yes than a small residential job the same distance away. Call and describe the building and we will be straight with you about whether it makes sense.

The building science holds everywhere. Piney-woods humidity around Huntsville and New Waverly, agricultural steel around Brenham and Sealy, and a large student rental stock in College Station all behave the way you would expect.

Questions

Working outside the metro

For the right job, yes. Larger scopes and steel buildings travel better than a single small residential attic. Call and describe it and we will give you a straight yes or no on the phone.

Travel is priced into the written scope, so you see one number. We will tell you before we come out if distance makes a job impractical.

More than inside the metro, because these are scheduled around the routine work. Ask and we will give you the honest current window.
