Why the region matters
The metro is several markets
A Katy new build and a Heights bungalow are two different jobs. One is priced by the set off a plan set and scheduled around a framing inspection; the other is a retrofit into a hundred-year-old roof structure with a century of trades behind it.
The regional structure below reflects how the metro actually behaves — what gets built where, how old the stock is, and what the common failure is. Start with your region; the city pages sit underneath it. If your building is outside the eight counties, the extended project markets page explains how we take that work.
Coverage spans eight counties: Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Chambers, Liberty and Waller.

Nine regions, then cities
Each region page carries its own thesis, its building types, the conditions that change a specification there, and the services that market actually asks for.
Core
Houston Core
Inner-loop bungalows to Energy Corridor warehouses to Ship Channel facilities. The submarkets differ more than most suburbs do.
Houston overviewHarris and Fort Bend counties
West Houston & I-10
Katy and Fulshear. The fastest-growing corridor in the metro, which means most of the work here is priced off a plan set.
Region overviewFort Bend County
Fort Bend & Southwest Houston
Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond and Rosenberg. An established market with an established building stock, and a newer one growing alongside it.
Region overviewHarris and Waller counties
Northwest Houston & US-290
Cypress, Hockley, Waller and Hempstead. New build in front, retrofit behind it, and acreage with shops and barns further out.
Region overviewHarris and Montgomery counties
North Houston & Montgomery County
Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery and Willis. Premium retrofit at one end, lakeside humidity and barndominiums at the other.
Region overviewHarris, Montgomery and Liberty counties
Lake Houston & Northeast Houston
Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, New Caney, Porter, Roman Forest, Splendora, Cleveland, Dayton and Liberty. Lake humidity, a long renovation cycle, and piney-woods acreage.
Region overviewHarris, Chambers and Liberty counties
East Houston & the Ship Channel
Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Channelview, Highlands and Crosby. Industrial work along the channel, residential either side of it.
Region overviewBrazoria County
South Houston & the SH-288 Corridor
Pearland, Manvel, Alvin, Angleton and Lake Jackson. A large mature residential base on clay that moves, and new growth pushing south.
Region overviewGalveston and Harris counties
Bay Area & the Galveston Coast
Friendswood, League City, Dickinson, Seabrook, Kemah, Texas City and Galveston. Elevated construction, salt air, and humidity that shows up as damp long before it shows up as heat.

Coverage questions
Common questions
Call and ask. The list is the cities we work in regularly. Call about anywhere near them. If you are close to one of them the answer is usually yes, and the service list is the same wherever we go.
Travel is factored into the price for the job and the written scope shows you one number. We will tell you before we come out if distance makes a job impractical.
