Start with the building, and the service follows
Most people arrive knowing they have a problem rather than knowing which service fixes it. A hot upstairs, a shop that drips in winter, a slab that has dropped at the joint. This page routes you to the right one.
In a house, the answer usually turns on where the ductwork runs. If it sits in the attic, sealing the roofline brings it inside the building envelope, and that is an attic and air sealing job. If the ducts run inside conditioned space, blown-in on the attic floor covers more area for the same money and is the better buy.
On steel, the answer is condensation rather than heat, and closed-cell against the panel is what removes the condensing surface. On acreage, a house, a shop and a barn on one property usually want three different specifications, which is what the ranch and agricultural page covers.
Where the existing material is wet, settled or contaminated, removal is quoted as its own line so you can see what it costs on its own.

Masked and protected, sprayed in controlled lifts, depth verified as we go, then a walkthrough and the scope sheet left with you.
